We are Discow, part community, part art project, part mutant vehicle: a completely community-built, funded, and driven art car, made possible by the efforts of over 50 burners in San Franciscow, Los Angeles, and around the world (even as far as Down Udder!). We serve deep playa ice cream (vegan options available), host amazing talent, and perform an incredible light shows. Above all, we serve as a platform, supporting artists, art projects, and communities that inspire playfulness, magic, and inclusivity.
Our primary goal is to drive community and connection for diverse audiences across multiple cities, including Black Rock City. We host year-round experiential events, including fundraisers in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and hope to, over time, bring the car out to different community events, like Pride, to share our joy for music, art, lighting, ice cream, and antics with communities outside of Burning Man.
